Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

We cannot accept returns of products purchased from a retail store or Amazon/eBay. For items purchased from our own website, see below:

Product Issue

If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong item or a damaged product, send us a picture of what you received (for quality control purposes) and we can offer a refund or replacement. If you wish to exchange a doll, you may be asked to return it to us.

Lost Package

If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit, let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows “delivered” or “Return To Sender” we can only offer a replacement order sent to an alternative address because we incur the cost.

Sizing Exchange for Clothing (Not Doll Fashion Sets)

If it is a sizing issue we will offer a one-time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order.  On large orders we do not offer size replacements on more than 2 shirts in the order.  

We do not offer size exchanges on baby onesies and all-over print orders.

No refunds or exchanges if you've simply "changed your mind."

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

What we need to make a replacement order:

1.  Please email info@WorldofEPI.com or call 1-888-374-3655

2.  Please provide the order number

3.  Please provide photo of wrong/damaged item.

4.  Please let us know the changes necessary to correct the problem, ie: color, size, style, etc.

It may take a couple of weeks before you see your replacement order.
