DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer standard shipping and we deliver through UPS, USPS, DHL eCommerce and FedEx.

When to expect Domestic Shipping in the U.S.:

· Orders placed before noon (EST) Monday – Friday will be fulfilled the same day.

· Your customers will receive a tracking number by end of day.

· The shipment should arrive within 3-5 business day

SHIPPING INSURANCE + TRACKING
Route shipping insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. If you decline insurance, your order will not be covered, replaced or refunded if it is lost, broken or stolen. It also allows you to track your order. If your order is lost, broken or stolen, Route will either reorder your item or refund your order. Visit routeapp.io to learn more.

If you did not add the Route shipping insurance before checking out, this is the other alternative. If you added your phone number or email, you will receive shipping updates after your order has been shipped.
If you downloaded the Arrive App, you can check your order status from the app.


POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping option, please note that it may take longer than the standard shipping of 2 to 10 business days. This includes the time frame provided for international shipping options. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. All shipments are sent DDU “Delivery Duty Unpaid”. DDU means that your customer (the receiver) will get contacted by customs once their shipment arrives. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle any customs charges in order to release the shipment.
